1. Pancakes


Whether you have a pre-made mix or make them from scratch, pancakes are an easy campervan breakfast. You can add almost anything to them to make your campervan breakfast a bit more gourmet. Great pancake toppings include syrup, yoghurt, cream, sliced banana and more for a deliciously tasty breakfast treat.

2. Toast


A campervan breakfast classic that’s totally versatile. From basic buttered toast to an all-day breakfast toasted sandwich, there’s so much toast can bring to the breakfast table. Jam, peanut butter, chocolate spread, fried eggs, scrambled egg and more are just some of the toppings you can put on toast for a tasty start to the day.

3. Breakfast Omelette

The ‘go to’ campervan breakfast, cereals come in a huge variety and it’s worth packing a few different types to have to hand in a breakfast emergency – i.e. when your food supply is running low. A quick breakfast option, bagels are great at the campsite or on the go if you’ve got an early start, plus you can add a variety of fillings for a great tasting breakfast.

Great for packing and eating on the go after an early start. Bananas, apples, oranges and kiwis are great options.
